New board for expanding IPP Logipal opertions
To manage the growth of international pallet movements, the Faber Halbertsma Group has established a new European board of directors for its expanding IPP Logipal operations.
The Dutch Faber Halbertsma Group is the largest pallet manufacturer in Europe. The group has a turnover of £150 million, produces over 18m pallets a year and employs 700 people.
IPP Logipal provides pallet rental services across Europe, coordinated by its three operating businesses that cover the UK and Ireland; France Italy, Spain and Portugal; and Benelux and Eastern Europe.
The board is comprised of the managing directors of IPP Logipal’s three regional business based in France, UK and the Netherlands together with three Faber Halbertsma Group directors.
“Through the new board we will ensure that best practice is implemented across the business allowing us to efficiently meet the demands of all our customers,” comments Phil Storer, UK managing director.
The new initiative will ensure IPP Logipal has a clear customer focus and delivers a consistent high-quality service across Europe.
